訂單處理:

  • geleeskin.com 官方網上商店完成之訂單將於24小時內進行審核,並於確認你的訂單後35個工作天發貨
  • 所有訂單均在工作日(週一至週五)處理。如閣下是在週末或公眾假期下訂單,將在下一個工作天處理
  • 任何不符合我們條款和條件的訂單,Fong&Wong Co. Ltd 保留取消訂單的權利

除官方網上商店特別註明的推廣活動外,一般的運費處理如下:

本地遞送

  • 購物淨額滿HK$500,即免費享一般運送優惠
  • 購物淨額未滿HK$500,在結帳時會呈現所需費用

國際遞送

  • 購物淨額滿HK$3,500,即免費享一般運送優惠
  • 購物淨額未滿HK$3500,在結帳時會呈現所需費用

送貨範圍︰

  • 標準配送服務地區包括香港島、九龍、新界、離島及澳門特別行政區。指定地區不設配送服務,包括但不限於︰大浪灣、羅湖、大澳、小蠔灣、蒲台島
  • 請勿以郵政信箱作為送貨地址
  • 每份訂單只限送往一個地址。如要將貨品配送不同地址,請按不同地址分開下單

一般派送時間:

  • 於正常情況下,標準配送服務於35個工作天內送抵收貨地址。香港偏遠地區的訂單,額外需時12個工作天送達
  • 星期一至六送貨時間︰上午9時至晚上7
  • 星期日及公眾假期︰不設派送服務
  • 處理訂單及送貨僅於平日(不包括公眾假期)進行
  • 如遇假期或極端天氣情況,送貨時間可能會延長
  • 訂單一經確認即無法更改送貨地址,Gelee 不會對訂單上的錯誤地址負上責任
  • 如顧客因個人理由未能收件,請自行與順豐速運聯絡安排
  • 發送至離島可能需要額外兩天
  • 所有訂單收件時必需簽署確認

順豐站

  • 客人可於結帳時選擇指定的順豐站自取貨品
  • 請重覆確認所輸入的香港電話號碼 (+852) 可以接收香港文字短訊 (SMS)
  • 確認付款成功後,一般訂單需時1-2個工作天處理及寄出,視貨存而定
  • 貨品寄出後,一般於2-3個工作天便可送抵指定的順豐站,收件人電話號碼會收到由順豐速運發出的短訊
  • 顧客可前往指定順豐站提取貨品
  • 請於收到短訊後3天內提取貨品。有關逾期未取貨品之安排,請致電順豐速運客戶服務熱線 +852 2730 0273查詢

順便智能櫃自取服務 (只限中國香港特別行政區)

  • 客人可於結帳時選擇指定的順便智能櫃自取貨品
  • 請重覆確認所輸入的香港電話號碼 (+852) 可以接收香港文字短訊 (SMS)
  • 確認付款成功後,一般訂單需時1-2個工作天處理及寄出,視貨存而定
  • 貨品寄出後,一般於2-3個工作天便可送抵指定的順便智能櫃,收件人電話號碼會收到由順豐速運發出的取件密碼短訊
  • 顧客可前往指定智能櫃,輸入密碼以提取貨品
  • 請於收到短訊後30小時內提取貨品。有關逾期未取貨品之安排,請致電順豐速運客戶服務熱線 +852 2730 0273查詢

貨物追蹤/更改地址:

  • 請自行聯絡順豐速運 (一般運送服務)
  • 貨物寄出後,如有需要更改地址,請自行聯絡順豐速運另作安排。衍生的額外費用必須自付
  • 如顧客因個人理由未能收件,請自行與順豐速運聯絡安排。如貨件屢次派送失敗,你的訂單可能會被取消,本公司不作退款

國際遞送

  • 於正常情況下,國際遞送服務於26個工作天內送抵收貨地址
  • 視乎購買之金額,如購買金額之總數超過所屬國家貨稅之上限,您將需要支付所產生的任何進口關稅,手續費和稅款
  • 您將通過電子郵件收到貨件的跟踪編號和交貨過程的更新
  • 國際訂單可能需要通關,這可能會導致延遲,超出預計的交貨時間

 ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once your order is placed on Gelee it will be reviewed in 24 hours. Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon us receiving your order
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day
  • Fong & Wong Co. Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING FEE

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on geleeskin.com , our general delivery policy is listed below:

Local Delivery

  • Free shipping every order over HK$500. For order below $500, delivery fee will be calculated upon checkout 

International Delivery

  • Free shipping every order over HK$3,500. For order below $3500, delivery fee will be calculated upon checkout 

 AREAS IN SERVICE

  • SF Express Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands
  • P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address
  • An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address

Standard Shipping Schedule (Hong Kong, SAR of China)

  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days. For remote areas, it might take extra 1-2 business days
  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including public holidays)
  • Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions
  • Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. Denote is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements
  • Shipping to outlying islands may take two additional days for delivery
  • All orders must be signed for on delivery

**SF EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT

In response to COVID-19, the following 7 areas (including Choi Hung, Choi Wan, Diamond Hill, Wong Tai Sin, Lok Fu, San Po Kong , and Tsz Wan Shan) will be temporarily suspended from providing home delivery services, with effective from 13 July 2020 until further notice. Customers are advised to arrange self-pickup at SF Express Locker. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. SF Stores (Hong Kong, SAR of China only)

  • Orders can be delivered to SF Stores selected by customer at checkout
  • The Hong Kong, SAR of China phone number entered should be able to receive SMS notifications
  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the SF store in 2-3 business days.  Customer will receive an SMS notification.
  • Customer should retrieve their order from the selected store
  • The item must be picked up within 3 days of SMS notification. Should there be any difficulties, please directly contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline at +852 2730 0273

SF Lockers (Hong Kong, SAR of China only)

  • Orders can be delivered to SF Express Lockers selected by customer at checkout
  • The Hong Kong, SAR of China phone number entered should be able to receive SMS notifications
  • The shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability
  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 2-3 business days. Customer will receive an SMS notification with the locker PIN upon delivery
  • Customer should retrieve their order from the selected locker
  • The item must be picked up within 30 hours of SMS notification. Should there be any difficulties, please directly contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline at +852 2730 0273

Shipment Tracking/ Change of Shipping Address:

  • Please contact SF Express to track your shipment (SF Express Delivery Service)
  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded

International Delivery

  • All International delivery are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) by default and you will need to cover any import duties, handling charges and/or taxes incurred
  • International delivery may take 2-6 days depends on the destination.
  • You will receive a tracking number of your shipment and updates on the delivery process by email.
  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance which can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time
